DESCRIPTION: Standardized Ultra Precision Straight Edge developed due to the demand for high accuracy Straightness Measurement and Squareness Measurement.
The development concept of "1um precision product" is that we standardized the following Size and Specifications. A most appropriate product can be selected depending on the application.

- Can be used as a master forAxis Straightness inspectionin various machine tools, semi conductor related equipment, inspection Equipment, etc.
- Can be used as a straightness standard during Axis assembly adjustment.
- Can be used as inspection master for machine parts.
- The use surface has Precision lapping finishing
- Precision surface is 1 surface only
- The precision surface is graduated excluding 20mm for both edges.
- Hardened
