Water Jet Nozzle and Plunger Model: Description: Plungers, nozzles and change valves, which are regarded as the heart of the water jet, have been improved in quality individually at our plant.
Corrosion-proof and durable materials are in use at a piston section of high abrasion. In addition, the abrasion resistance has remarkably raised by providing the plunger with an advanced ceramics.
Any parts are free from consumption due to deformation since our excellent processing technique confines the error to the minimum.
The nozzles require delicate processing technique, however we have succeeded to develope a nozzle of excellent strength and high workability by means of individual method and know how.
Besided the aboves, main air nozzles, sub nozzles and loom heads as well as water nozzles made of stainless steel and ceramics nozzles are being manufactured at our plant.
