Harmonic power recorder The harmonic power recorder PR-300 is a portable logger to control single- and three-phase loads with a clamp CT. It analyzes harmonics and stores measurements in a memory card, from which the data is read out onto a personal computer for entry into various load control record books. It’s used to reproducevoltage/current waveforms and analyze their orders.

Straightness Tester
On the granite standard straight edge lower surface, 3 saddle supports are attached.
The accuracy surface is high precision and light weight.
By moving the slider, straightness can easily be measured.
By performing Zero setting on the master surface plate, it is possible to measure the work absolute value
Rather than a dial gauge, by using a proble with external output, it is possible to perform data processing.

Repeat Meters
Measurement of Surface Plate Flatness, Straightness etc can be done easily.
At 3 points o fthe fulcrum interval 100mm, flat surface unevenness is measured
Before measurement, perform zero setting on the master surface plate.

Roll Caliper
For measuring large rolls.
It is lightweight because light alloy metal is used as the material. (However, the frame is made of Cast Iron )
4 pcs of job run roller have bearings in them and they are precision grinded.
Movement on the roll is slow and smooth.
A special interval graduation is inprinted on the arm. By matching a bracket onto the work measurement figures, it is possible to easily set a Dial Gauge on the roll center of the work.
A 0.01mm graduation dial gauge is supplied with the product.

This eqipment is representative of our [SE 121 Model ] of camshaft shape measurement equipment is a high performance model, with automatic measurement as a presupposition, and detailed data requirement.
For this reason, in many cases, acquisition of operating skills is required for its operation.
Operation of the machine is completely manual because of the assumption that the equipment will also be used on inline processes.
It is a highly versatile camshaft measuring equipment. No special operating skills are required.
Required ideal position angle and lift amount is displayed.

AC current/voltage converters The AC current/voltage converters are current transformers to convert AC current of 0 to 40A(IT) into voltage of 0 to 5V. They are also a power transformer to convert AC voltage of 0 to 200V into voltage of 0 to 10V. All are lightweight and have excellent frequency characteristics. They can be manufactured separately or as a single unit.
