Japanese Pull Saws For centuries the japanese handsaws (Nokogiri) are produced in the same tradition. Nokogiri work on the pull stroke - this enables very thin and fine blades. You will love the accuracy. There are two kinds of sawteeth - one for cutting cross the grain and one for cutting with the grain.

Straightness Measuring Instruments Straightness Tester, repeat meters, and roll calipers.

Straightness Tester
On the granite standard straight edge lower surface, 3 saddle supports are attached.
The accuracy surface is high precision and light weight.
By moving the slider, straightness can easily be measured.
By performing Zero setting on the master surface plate, it is possible to measure the work absolute value
Rather than a dial gauge, by using a proble with external output, it is possible to perform data processing.

Repeat Meters
Measurement of Surface Plate Flatness, Straightness etc can be done easily.
At 3 points o fthe fulcrum interval 100mm, flat surface unevenness is measured
Before measurement, perform zero setting on the master surface plate.

Roll Caliper
For measuring large rolls.
It is lightweight because light alloy metal is used as the material. (However, the frame is made of Cast Iron )
4 pcs of job run roller have bearings in them and they are precision grinded.
Movement on the roll is slow and smooth.
A special interval graduation is inprinted on the arm. By matching a bracket onto the work measurement figures, it is possible to easily set a Dial Gauge on the roll center of the work.
A 0.01mm graduation dial gauge is supplied with the product.

Water Jet Nozzle and Plunger Plungers, nozzles and change valves, which are regarded as the heart of the water jet, have been improved in quality individually at our plant.

Corrosion-proof and durable materials are in use at a piston section of high abrasion. In addition, the abrasion resistance has remarkably raised by providing the plunger with an advanced ceramics.

Any parts are free from consumption due to deformation since our excellent processing technique confines the error to the minimum.

The nozzles require delicate processing technique, however we have succeeded to develope a nozzle of excellent strength and high workability by means of individual method and know how.

Besided the aboves, main air nozzles, sub nozzles and loom heads as well as water nozzles made of stainless steel and ceramics nozzles are being manufactured at our plant.
