Water Jet Nozzle and Plunger Plungers, nozzles and change valves, which are regarded as the heart of the water jet, have been improved in quality individually at our plant.

Corrosion-proof and durable materials are in use at a piston section of high abrasion. In addition, the abrasion resistance has remarkably raised by providing the plunger with an advanced ceramics.

Any parts are free from consumption due to deformation since our excellent processing technique confines the error to the minimum.

The nozzles require delicate processing technique, however we have succeeded to develope a nozzle of excellent strength and high workability by means of individual method and know how.

Besided the aboves, main air nozzles, sub nozzles and loom heads as well as water nozzles made of stainless steel and ceramics nozzles are being manufactured at our plant.

You will love the accuracy. There are two kinds of sawteeth - one for cutting cross the grain and one for cutting with the grain.

This eqipment is representative of our [SE 121 Model ] of camshaft shape measurement equipment is a high performance model, with automatic measurement as a presupposition, and detailed data requirement.
For this reason, in many cases, acquisition of operating skills is required for its operation.
Operation of the machine is completely manual because of the assumption that the equipment will also be used on inline processes.
It is a highly versatile camshaft measuring equipment. No special operating skills are required.
Required ideal position angle and lift amount is displayed.
Also the displayed values can be printed out from a special embedded small sized printer.

Synchronization testers The synchronization testers S25P/S25N monitor the synchronization between different power sources based on the voltage phase and voltage difference(vector difference).
