Synchronization testers The synchronization testers S25P/S25N monitor the synchronization between different power sources based on the voltage phase and voltage difference(vector difference). Water Jet Nozzle and Plunger Plungers, nozzles and change valves, which are regarded as the heart of the water jet, have been improved in quality individually at our plant.

Electronic watt-hour meter Showa Electronics offers an electronic watthour meter and peripheral devices that have high precision and high durability compared to
conventional mechanical instruments. The electronic watt-hour meter has a variety of high-level functions that serve the purposes of
power control and, combined with peripheral devices, saves manpower in power control duties. Because of these useful features, the watt-hour meter is used at dormitories, small buildings, and other places including substations for industrial facilities. Showa Electronics accepts the requirement of users to optimize their power control system and devices according to their needs.

The electronic watt-hour 102B calculates single-and three-phase electrical energy and separately displays voltage, current, active power, reactive power, and power factor.

Harmonic power recorder The harmonic power recorder PR-300 is a portable logger to control single- and three-phase loads with a clamp CT. It analyzes harmonics and stores measurements in a memory card, from which the data is read out onto a personal computer for entry into various load control record books. On the granite standard straight edge lower surface, 3 saddle supports are attached.
The accuracy surface is high precision and light weight.
By moving the slider, straightness can easily be measured.
By performing Zero setting on the master surface plate, it is possible to measure the work absolute value
Rather than a dial gauge, by using a proble with external output, it is possible to perform data processing.

Repeat Meters
Measurement of Surface Plate Flatness, Straightness etc can be done easily.
At 3 points o fthe fulcrum interval 100mm, flat surface unevenness is measured
Before measurement, perform zero setting on the master surface plate.

Roll Caliper
For measuring large rolls.
It is lightweight because light alloy metal is used as the material. (However, the frame is made of Cast Iron )
4 pcs of job run roller have bearings in them and they are precision grinded.
Movement on the roll is slow and smooth.
A special interval graduation is inprinted on the arm. By matching a bracket onto the work measurement figures, it is possible to easily set a Dial Gauge on the roll center of the work.
A 0.01mm graduation dial gauge is supplied with the product.
